    Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Free2Grow AI Voice, powered by Archer, handles personal information when you use our websites, dashboard, voice and messaging services, integrations, and related support.

    Effective date: July 20, 2026

    1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Free2Grow through the Free2Grow and Archer websites, the Archer dashboard, AI voice and call-handling services, text and email features, analytics, integrations, onboarding, and customer support (collectively, the “Services”).

When we process call, message, lead, or customer data for a business customer, that business generally decides why and how the information is used. In that context, we process the information on the business customer’s behalf. If you contacted one of our customers, you should also review that business’s privacy notice and direct requests about that interaction to the business first.

    2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services and may include:

    • Account and contact information, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, login method, role, and account permissions.
    • Business configuration, including business hours, service areas, scheduling rules, call flows, scripts, representatives, notification recipients, and knowledge-base content.
    • Call and communication data, including phone numbers, caller and recipient information, audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, call outcomes, messages, email content, appointment details, and information a caller or user chooses to provide during an interaction.
    • Customer and lead data, such as names, contact details, service addresses, service history, membership information, scheduling preferences, and CRM records supplied by or retrieved for our business customers.
    • Integration data, including identifiers, connection status, and authorization credentials needed to connect customer-authorized CRM, calendar, telephony, email, and other third-party accounts.
    • Billing information, such as plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing details. Payment card information is collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored in full by us.
    • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, feature usage, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostic data, and security events.
    • Support and feedback, including messages, files, troubleshooting details, survey responses, and other information you provide to us.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, from our business customers and their authorized integrations, and from service providers that help us operate the Services. Some call or message content may contain sensitive information if a caller chooses to provide it.

    3. How we use information

    We use personal information to:

    • Provide, operate, configure, and support the Services.
    • Answer and route calls, send communications, schedule services, generate transcripts and summaries, and update authorized systems.
    • Authenticate users, manage accounts, process subscriptions, and provide customer support.
    • Monitor reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the Services and their users.
    • Analyze performance and improve features, workflows, models, and the quality of AI-assisted interactions.
    • Communicate about the Services, including operational notices, product updates, and marketing where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
    • Comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and respond to lawful requests.
    • Carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.

We may aggregate or de-identify information so it can no longer reasonably identify an individual. We may use and disclose that information for product improvement, analytics, research, and other lawful purposes and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

    4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

    • With our business customers, such as the company a person called or messaged, and with users that the customer authorizes to access its account.
    • With service providers, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, telephony, transcription, AI, communications, analytics, monitoring, customer support, and payment providers that process information for us under appropriate restrictions.
    • With connected services, such as a customer-authorized CRM, scheduling platform, email provider, calendar, or communications service, when needed to complete the requested workflow.
    • For legal and safety reasons, when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.
    • In a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
    • At your direction or with your consent.

    5. Call data and customer responsibilities

The Services may record, transcribe, analyze, summarize, route, and otherwise process telephone calls and messages for our business customers. Recording and communications laws vary by location. Our business customers are responsible for configuring and using the Services lawfully, providing required notices, obtaining any required consent, and honoring applicable caller choices.

If you are a caller or message recipient, the business you interacted with controls how your information is used in connection with that interaction. Contact that business first to exercise rights relating to its records. We will assist our business customers with verified requests as required by law and our agreements.

    6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet the purposes described in this policy, comply with contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, customer configuration and instructions, the sensitivity of the information, and applicable law. We may retain de-identified information where permitted by law.

    7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

    8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision on a privacy request. You may also opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message.

To submit a request about information Free2Grow controls, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of this, browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control do not change how we handle personal information for those purposes.

    9. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our websites or account registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. Information involving a minor that is included in a customer-managed call or message is processed on that customer’s behalf.

    10. International data transfers

Free2Grow is based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

    11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
